I have very large files to copy to my Dropbox account (I have a subscription with no space limits). I have 300G or 500G files that through the syncovery application are transferred to dropbox folder in many blocks of 40GB using the parameter "Split Large Files Into Parts Of This File Size (Internet Protocols only)".
My question is how to then get back the original single file once it has been transferred in many blocks (part1, part2, part3 ... etc).?
I apologize in advance if you have already mentioned this in the forum but I could not find an answer.
I have recently been a user and have been testing this program for a few weeks.
Thanks for the support you can give me.
How to reassemble splitted files?
Re: How to reassemble splitted files?
Hello,
the files are assembled automatically when you download them with Syncovery.
You can also assemble them manually, without Syncovery. For example, in a Windows Command Prompt, type:
COPY /B file.part0001+file.part0002+file.part0003 filename
Also, if your DropBox account can store these large files without splitting, you can turn it off on the Internet dialog in the profile.
