Hi,

I'm testing the trial version 10.14.3 64bit
I use the OneDrvNew protocol.
My left hand side is a local folder, the right side is ext://OneDrvNew/Backups/Camera
When I try to upload larger files (+- 40MB) I get errors, while smaler files don't give any problem.


Below I paste a part of the log, I'm omitting some lines because they contain url's.
Does anybody have an idea what could be wrong here?

Is there also an option not to try 6 times?

Hello,
it seems that the OneDrive server is having a problem. It doesn't happen with my own OneDrive accounts. Apparently not all OneDrives are equal, i.e. the server software can be different from one OneDrive account to another.

Since you have already enabled Internet Protocol Logging, could you maybe send a few of the FTPLOG files to support@syncovery.com?

For example:
G:\Tools\Syncovery\Temp\FTPLOG-WORKING-Camera test (started 2024-04-24 10.58.15).thread1#8268.log

But there are others too, I am not sure which one exactly I need, but it would contain the 404 error.

Got an update from Tobias and everything is working like a charm now.

Version 10.14.4 is now officially on our web site.
