Hi there,
I'm trying to copy files from Google Drive to OneDrive. When I setup the profile and try to run it, it asks me to login to my Google Account, and then tells me that Syncovery will have access to Google Drive, and which I accept that, it tells me that "Something went wrong - Sorry, something went wrong there. Try again."
I've tried logging out and back into my Google Account, but the same message. What am I doing wrong?
I'm running the trial version to see if I can get it working before purchasing.
Thanks!

I noticed in another post that clicking "Forget Cloud Access Tokens" in the Program Settings might help. But it didn't in my case.

Hello,
which Syncovery version are you using, and on which type of computer?
Can you post a screenshot of the URL and message that you end up with?

Re: Trying to copy files from Google Drive to OneDrive
I'm using the trial version 9.47n build 390. 64bit. On Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
I've attached the screenshots of the login process.
I can login to my OneDrive from Syncovery with no problem.

Hello,
unfortunately this is an error on the Google servers, maybe you can contact Google support or just try again in a few days?
It works fine with my own Google Drive account. So far there haven't been any similar reports.

Maybe it would work in a different browser? You can copy and paste the first URL to another browser and try it there.

Tobias, you're a genius! I tried it in Edge, and it worked fine. I think it was a cookie issue in Firefox. Thanks for your help.

Hello! I had the same problem as the person above, but I tried to log in later, but my problem is not solved, maybe you can help with the wording of the message to Google support to solve this problem. Thank you!

Hello,
can you try a different browser, such as Chrome or FireFox or Edge?
After initiating the authentication from Syncovery, you can just close your default browser window and open another browser and hit Ctrl-V in the address bar.
It may also be useful to log out of Google first.
